Coastal water that has stopped working can be made to work again inside a season. We bring the vessels, the gases, the crews and the instruments, and we bring somebody independent to check what happened.
What we sell
Most water technology is sold as equipment. You buy it, you install it, you staff it, and you find out afterwards whether it suits the water you actually have. The risk transfers to you at the moment of purchase, which is precisely the moment nobody knows anything yet.
We sell the other thing. A defined stretch of water, a defined part of the year, and vessels in it — with the gas supply, the crew, the instrumentation and the analytics on our side of the line. If the treatment turns out not to suit that water, that is our problem to have found out, in a bounded demonstration, before either of us committed a season.
What this removes from your side of the table: capital, procurement, crewing, the analytics stack, and the internal argument about which department owns a boat. What it does not remove: the nutrient load arriving from your catchment, your own regulator, and the obligation to tell us honestly what the water has been doing.
The work
A bay rarely has one problem. Heat drives stratification, stratification strips the oxygen, the oxygen deficit finishes what the bloom started, and the intake fouls while everyone is still arguing about the cause.

Warm water holds less oxygen and stratifies harder, so heat is upstream of most of the rest.
Spills, ballast discharge and inorganic toxins, where the job is oxidation and life-support rather than oxygenation alone.
Oversight
This is the part of the programme we would keep if we had to give up everything else.
Water treatment is unusually easy to claim and unusually hard to check. A supplier who holds the only instruments, the only data and the only report has told you a story you cannot audit — and in this sector that story is usually flattering.
So we insist on it. Before a hull mobilises, we go looking for whoever in that place already answers for that water — a marine institute, a fisheries laboratory, an estuary programme, a ministry's own scientists — and we do not start without them. Their accountability outlasts our contract, which is exactly the qualification.
They hold the live feeds, not a quarterly digest. If our targets and the health of the water ever pull in different directions, that arrangement is how you hear about it from someone other than us.
The systems
The treatment systems are intellectual property of Credible Ventures. Alarivean licenses them and does the work — the vessels, the crews, the permits and the liability sit here, in our name and our jurisdiction.
On the record
Our first-party field record is one document: Florida Department of Environmental Protection permit FLOA00062, issued in September 2024 for a red tide mitigation field trial, documented independently by the Sarasota Bay Estuary Programme and by the nonprofit START.
It establishes that a regulator examined the proposal and judged a bounded trial acceptable. It does not establish efficacy in open water, and the estuary programme has said so publicly — which is an invitation to produce that evidence together rather than a verdict against it.
